Courier Info

Products will be sent by courier through NZ Post to NZ addresses only. Here is an example of what will fit into the various size bags.

A $3.00 courier bag will fit either 1 x large honey or 1 x 300ml jar or 2 x small honey
A $4.00 courier bag will fit 1 x large honey, 2 x small honey and 1 x 300ml jar (to a maximum weight of 3kg)
A $5.50 courier bag will fit 1 x large honey, 1 x small honey and 3 x 300ml jars (to a maximum weight of 3kg)

All products will be bubble wrapped and clearly marked FRAGILE to ensure they safely make it to your place. There will be an additional courier charge if you wish to add track & trace or Saturday delivery to your courier option.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another product of the same value. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any associated costs incurred to return the product are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the exchanged product is to be returned to you by courier, the cost of the courier will be deducted from the refund.
